Love Creek Productions Brief Acts Division Love Creek Productions is looking for one-acts for its next season. LCP is looking for realistic plays and great stories, especially ones that feature good roles for women. Plays may be from 8 to 45 minutes in length. If possible a permission letter for an AEA showcase with an end date of 6 months from your submission will be of great benefit to us, but is not required. We are very eclectic and do all sorts of work. We do like light comedies featuring women, but can also do darker shows. We produce lots of classic shows. Although we no longer do so, we hosted the Samuel French Short Play festival for 15 years. We put them up in a bare bones production at the Parker Theatre in the Algonquin Complex 123 East 24th Street. Please send scripts to: Le Wilhelm, Artistic Director 21-44 45th Avenue #4, Long Island City, NY 11101 We do not accept e-mail submissions, we also ask that you not send a SSAE. You will be notified within 60 days if accepted. There is no remuneration available. In return we do not ask for anything, outside of a possible note in future productions that we also produced it for you. Your script must have a permission letter to be produced up to 5 performances during the Fall and early Winter of 2008 ending on December 3lst. | |
