Rheumatology job John H. Stroger Jr Hospital of Cook County is seeking a board eligible/certified rheumatologist for a full time clinical educator position in the department of medicine. The section is undergoing expansion. The hospital is located in the city of Chicago. You will be a clinician in tertiary care medical center with nationally recognized health care system. You will be expected to provide leadership in patient care, administration, and medical education. Must have strong interest in teaching. You will direct medical students, residents, and rheumatology fellows on a daily basis. You would work in the rheumatology outpatient clinics and attend on the inpatient consult service. Bilingual status, ultrasound, and research experience all beneficial but not required. You will receive an academic appointment at Rush University Medical Center and will have opportunties to participate in all collaborative conferences and research studies at Rush University Medical Center.
