Enterprise Solution Architect (CRM) Jun 23, 2008 Lexington, Kentucky Description: Our client, a global technology company who is expanding their Siebel CRM Package and have established a Center of Excellence for their CRM practice are building a strong competence in solutions architecture, is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect (CRM) to join their organization. The CRM Enterprise Solution Architect will have responsibility for ensuring alignment of IT plans with business direction and strategy in the front-office arena (Sales, Marketing and Services), which includes providing vision, direction and alignment for the IT systems that support the business processes; and developing and maintaining the IT roadmap for systems. Duties and Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the business teams. •Collaborate with business teams and IT teams to develop business and IT roadmaps, plans and strategies related to CRM systems and the business functions they support. •Thoroughly understand business processes and ensure alignment of IT efforts and systems with these processes. •Work with IT executive management and IT Account Management to help drive project priorities and alignment with the business goals. •Constantly advocate for and improve upon the IT processes and corresponding IT CRM solutions implemented for the business. •Create and maintain documentation of enterprise business processes and supporting IT CRM systems and flows (both as-is and to-be). •Collaborate with other IT and business teams to ensure alignment of CRM processes and supporting infrastructure with other business processes and infrastructure. Required Skills Functional/Technical Skills: skills, knowledge and experience are required in each of the following areas: •Experience that has provided strong understanding of business processes supported by CRM systems and best practices for successfully deploying CRM systems. •Strong understanding of best-in-class CRM technologies, products and suppliers supporting key business processes. •Strong understanding of and experience with the Siebel CRM product suite. •Proven success in developing and executing IT (and specifically CRM systems) roadmaps, plans and strategy in close collaboration with business teams. •Ability to clearly document and communicate business processes and IT processes to both business and IT stakeholders at appropriate levels of abstraction. •Experience managing supplier relationships Education & Experience: B.S. in Compute Science or related or equivalent experience.
