Growing finance company is seeking career-minded individuals to participate in their 12 month manager trainee program. Once the training is completed, you will be assigned a location to manage. You must be willing to relocate anywhere in Louisiana, Mississippi, or Missouri. As a manager, you will meet with customers to discuss financial situation and determine loan acceptance. Perform collections by phone and in person (within a 25 mile radius). Receive payments from customers. Sell new loans, and increase existing customer loans to make sales goals. Manage operations of the location and supervise 3-10 employees.
