
Sports Center Manager | |
The successful manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of a sports training facility. Develops strategies to improve customer service, expand training programs, and increase profitability. Ensures customer needs are met while maintaining quick and efficient service. Maximizes training programs and the facility use to effectively increase sales and profitability. Forecasts employment needs and develops a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas. Position requires an Associate’s Degree or equivalent plus at least three years experience in customer service or related area. Reasonable experience and judgment to plan, accomplish goals, and perform a range of tasks are a necessity. Familiarity with a variety of baseball training concepts, practices, and procedures would be an asset. Compensation is competitive and includes salary plus bonus.
