Job Description
Solunus is a Salesforce Silver Consulting Partner and aiming to be a Gold partner by 2018. Solunus is experiencing rapid growth and looking to add the vital role of Partner Alliances Director to our incredible current team. Partner Alliance Director will act as Solunus representative within Salesforce ecosystem & responsible for developing key partner relationships in region with Salesforce GTM and associated sales teams. We’re looking for candidates based in any of the following locations: Dallas, California, New York or Chicago. Specifically, you’ll be responsible for these tasks:

Build Mindshare: Develop a plan to keep Solunus top-of-mind. This includes partner communications, designing and executing sales plays, presenting on partner team calls, and engaging in account planning sessions.
Uncover Channel Opportunities: Build and uncover sourced pipeline from partners as a result of sales development activities, account mapping, and whitespace initiatives. Forecast and track revenue from partners in allocated region.
Account Planning Expert: Be able to plan and facilitate strategic account planning sessions to foster collaboration between partners and build pipeline.
Go-To-Market: Execute global partner GTM strategy, and work with Salesforce team in region to track against mutual goals.
Partner Value Score: Responsible for key partner success metrics in region, including: ACV, certifications, customer success stories, and more.
Sponsorship: Create sponsorship opportunities in region by developing joint events and initiatives with partners.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

4-year degree in business administration, management, marketing, or related field.
Proven work experience in a partner management, sales, or marketing related role in the tech or consulting sector.
Experience working with enterprise cloud technology providers and using Salesforce CRM.
Ability to establish and manage trusted relationships with senior business leaders.
Solid understanding of marketing programs, events, and promotions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

Salesforce certification
