This Post We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Administrator and Property coordinator. This role would ideally suit someone with experience in a similar role who is looking to work remotely, on a part-time basis. This role is crucial for the smooth running of our tenancies and management of our properties. Essential Skills - Strong administrative skills - Strong interpersonal & organisational skills - Good MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook - Task-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise issues Desirable Skills - Knowledge of software packages such as Zero - Previous experience working within the Property industry would be advantageous Responsibilities - Booking transport and accommodation - Notify utility companies of new tenancy details or change of occupants including all meter readings. - Maintaining an in-house database/spreadsheets - Record new landlord and property details as soon as new instructions are received and send out corresponding letters - Handle incoming requests relating to property maintenance issues, including occasionally arranging quotes for specific work e.g. roof repair, garden tidy up (not full renovations) - Checking on property inspections, confirm work is completed - Chase letting agents fill any gap in the portfolio - Progress lets agreed from application to move in ensuring that files are completed with regards to Homelet referencing, letters to landlords and tenants, preparation of tenancy agreements, arranging inventories, arranging gas certificates, keys and canvass letters. - could this be changed to include the description of what they do on a property renovation part? Like ensuring builders send meter readings, key safe install check, sending out the letters etc General administration, including typing, filing, postage, ordering, answering calls, taking messages and managing the diary system Working Hours: - Part-time, between 8-10 hours per week, flexible & remote working.
