Land Rover 109" 1 ton Classic, "Defender" Station Wagon, year 1963. It has standard & extra* parts. Dynamo changed for Alternator.* Electric Ventilator In front of Radiator.* Over Drive gear change.* Two front wheel 2x2 and 2x4 locks* Radiator Water container replaced. Standard Gear Box totally replaced. Extra large container under seat of front passenger seat.* A fluorescent light on either side of middle passenger seat.* New set of tyres and inner tyres (30 days use) 10 (12) Safety belts* Carpeted* including bonnet to reduce engine noise.* Most doors with rubber seals. New upholstery on all seats and doors. Runs excellently with 2x4 or 4x4. STILL with original engine. (Done approx. 250,000 kilometres). Works with petrol + alcohol or (just petrol.) Four Cylinders 2.225 CC Engine. Some rubber oil seals may need changing. Two back axles and differential replaced. Front windscreen wipers work manually, but can work electrically replacing carbon brushes. Run mainly on asphalt roads, as was used for Tourism (20 years) (Holley's Unusual Excursions) Tourists very satisfied with its maintenance. Usually runs at 60/70 kilometres x hour. Car maintenance carried out by a certified Land Rover engineers. 5 doors Spare wheel on back door but could be fitted on bonnet. 1 Fuel converter.* Left hand drive.
