he Cinderella Solution supposedly works by balancing and stabilizing the activities of ‘your 3 “Queen Beauty” and Youth Hormones insulin (the ‘skinny hormone’), cortisol (the ‘happy hormone) and estrogen (the ‘pretty hormone’). This, according to its 40-year old author Carly Donovan, is the ‘female fat-loss code’ that enabled her to lose 84 pounds and regain her youth.
She then goes further to talk about how she used the ‘flavor pairing rituals’ of the Japanese, Australian, Swiss and Spanish women to control these hormones. According to her, these three hormones turn into monsters from your puberty to menopause, mercilessly roaming round your body in search of pregnancy, thereby causing devastating effects to your body weight. She claims that eating the Japanese Shoku-iku (food education) way and practicing the aforementioned flavor pairing rituals will help you treat the ‘root cause of your obesity’ - the good hormones-turned-bad.
As you can clearly deduce from my writing tone, this is a bunch of nonsense. First of all, Carly Donovan couldn’t even get the function of the hormones right:
Insulin is NOT the ‘skinny hormone’. Thyroid hormones (thyroxine) is more qualified for that moniker as it boosts and controls body metabolism. Everyone knows that insulin is the ‘fat storing hormone’ - the stark opposite of what a ‘skinny hormone’ should be.
Everyone knows that cortisol is the body’s stress hormone and serotonin is the body’s ‘happy hormone’. So why is Carly telling us that cortisol is the body’s ‘happy hormone’?
Now apart from these embarrassing falsehoods above, there are other problems with this program that basically makes it a phony program you must avoid:
Carly Donovan tells us a story that is full of lies and inconsistencies. For example, she claimed she was around 37 years old when WHO announced that Japan is the ‘most healthy country.’ But my investigation revealed that not only did WHO NOT report that (it was the BBC) but the report came out in the year 2000. Carly claims she is 40 years old at the time of Cinderella Solution’s launch (2017) so if you do your math, Carly should be 23 years old in 2000, NOT 37!
Even though the photo testimonials look real, the same can’t be said about the Facebook ones. All of them are fake, made with stock and stolen photos. In fact, Donovan practically hijacked the Facebook page of a woman called Carly Evans (‘Coach Carly’) and passed it off as her own.
I have much more to say about this program but my response is becoming too long. Check out the rest of the facts about this sham program in my full review below.
