Positive Psychology Journaling is a great way to get your thoughts out, and make decisions. It is an everyday exercise. If you’re not sure how journaling works, try the following three tips: write down your goals, write about obstacles that might get in the way of reaching those goals (think “procrastination” or “bad habits”) and how you plan on overcoming them, and make time every day for journaling so that by the end of each week, you have something tangible from which to draw insights from when making decisions in life. ![]() | |
