Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $16 - $18 / hour What you'll be doing as a Dispatcher: • Answer all phone calls for the organization • Maintain and strengthen client relationships • When placing service calls, confirm location of equipment, contact name, and contact email address • Utilize Datablaze when placing and moving service calls. • Assist with Toner orders as needed. • Manage and invoice service calls. • Assist in maintaining accurate contact information within e-automate. • Work with the Service Manager to maintain and adjust service technician territories. • Schedule equipment setups and installations • Work with Purchasing on hold parts ETA updates. • Coordinate with Purchasing to operate and maintain warehouse duties as needed. • Communicate with technicians about hold calls/parts scheduled/scheduled calls. • Any other tasks assigned by management • Truck driver dispatcher, clerical work and office duties Available shifts: Shift Timings:3rd Shift (Night) &Weekends Job requirements: • Pleasant demeanor • Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills • Proficient computer skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time • Ability to prioritize tasks • Strong organizational skills • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments within the organization • Willingness to serve the customer and meet their requests in a professional and timely manner • Ability to work as a good team member • Have the temperament to handle disputes and emergencies. • Must be able to use various type of office software such as office 360, outlook, microsoft word, powerpoint. • Experience in transportation and military is a plus. • Must be ok doing night shift (4:30pm OR 12:30am SHIFTS ONL) • Weekend work required. • Background check and drug screening required Ready to take control of the way you work?
