We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing all payments due to vendors and suppliers. Pay Rate: Pay Rate for this Job is $18 $20 / hour What you'll be doing as aAccount Specialist: • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment • Process 3-way match invoices for payment • Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies • Respond to vendor inquiries • Assist in month-end closing • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices • Assist with other projects as needed Available shifts: Shift Timings 1st Shift (Day) Job requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field • 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar role • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Drug screen required • Background Check Required Ready to take control of the way you work?
