We think that the most significant benefit we can give our agents is training. Our company's founder was dispatched to Louisville, Kentucky, while he was employed by Humana, in order to acquire knowledge about Medicare and Medicare plans. Because having salespeople sit still for three weeks is not effective for the majority of them, it is not practical to offer independent agents that kind of training. This is the reason TMS took the time to develop an online learning platform. In addition to thorough training videos, we also offer a 10-hour self-study course that is only available to TMS agents and a select few individuals with whom we have collaborated.
