Ok update on what has been an awful time for my husband and myself! This all started around the first of this month-June when my husband went to ask about renewing our current lease which is up in Aug. Only to be shocked when we were told that the lease would not be renewed unless we agreed to move to another unit and pay close to $2000 to do so. We said no and ask the apartments to let us stay and please work with us to keep our home. The lady we spoke to said she would see what she could do and would call us the next day. A week passed and we still had heard nothing so back to the office we went only to be told the lady we spoke to had been fired for trying to help us. In tears I tried to plea our case and again beg for our home. The head woman in charge yelled and told us to get the hell of her office. A week later I get an e-mail telling me they are happy to renew our lease and let us keep our home for a lesser rate and a year's stay. So yesterday we go again to the office happy to sign a new lease only to be told by this head woman that the e-mail was a mistake and our kind are not welcome and again yelled at to get the hell out of her office! Now forced to move by Aug 10 we are seeking a one bedroom apartment in the Far North Dallas, Plano or other areas. If anyone can help please contact me..... 214-431-7300 | |
