Every kid wishes that their drawing came alive and could move around. This fun STEAM activity is perfect for kids and it includes both science and art. Let’s make a floating drawing activity for kids Cut the Foil: Cut a piece of aluminum foil into your desired size for the floating drawing canvas. Make sure the foil is large enough to accommodate the drawing you want to create. Draw and Paint: Use watercolor or acrylic paints to create your drawing on the aluminum foil canvas. Let your imagination run wild as you paint your design. Allow it to Dry: Let the paint dry completely on the aluminum foil. Attach the String: Cut a piece of string or thread and attach it to the backside of the foil drawing using clear adhesive tape. Make sure the string is secure and long enough to allow the drawing to hang freely. Test the Floating Drawing: Find a place with good air circulation, such as near an open window or in a breezy area.
