Product Principle: Particle Impact Noise Detection (PIND) testing is an effective method for detecting foreign materials. Its principle involves using an excitation device, such as a turntable or vibration platform, to generate a series of specified mechanical shocks and vibrations. These impacts loosen the particles (i.e., foreign materials) bound within the product. Then, through vibrations or rotation at certain frequencies, the foreign materials move within the system. The movement of active foreign materials within the product is a random combination of sliding and impact processes relative to the product casing.During this process, stress elastic waves and sound waves are generated. Both waves propagate through the product casing and form a reverberation signal, which is defined as the displacement signal. The PIND particle detection sensor picks up the displacement signal, which is amplified by a preamplifier. The displacement signal is collected, processed, and displayed by the main unit of the detection device.
