Prestigious domestic law firm seeks a Real Estate Litigation savvy Associate Attorney to join its expanding NY group. Candidate will have the following: 3+ years real estate litigation experience in a law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent) ; Engagement in pleadings to trial in State Supreme Court or Federal Courts ; Ability to handle all pre-trial aspects of complex real estate litigations including initial pleadings, through discovery, researching and drafting motions, and conducting depositions. Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades desired) ; Strong research, verbal & written communication skills required ; NY Bar. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Representing a diverse clientele on all aspects of real state litigation in both state and federal courts. -Drafting and preparing motions and papers and other litigation documents. -Formulating legal strategy. -Conducting legal research. -Aiding in real estate litigation. -Managing document production.
