I'm a Los Angeles native with a lifelong passion for cooking that started at the tender age of six. I'm entirely self-taught and have embarked on culinary adventures through the nooks and crannies of France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany, Israel, and Thailand to hone my skills as a chef. Fast forward 25 years, and I'm now crafting the most delightful recipes for my two children. My son Jade, who's 10, and my vibrant daughter Ynez, who's 6, are my greatest fans. I've had the privilege of cooking for a diverse clientele, ranging from the elite and famous to down-to-earth individuals I've been fortunate to meet along the way. Cooking has been my gateway to a wealth of knowledge and refined culinary expertise. With every dish I create, I infuse it with my passion, love, and positive energy. It's been incredibly rewarding to help clients on their journey to better health or introduce them to a world of delectable, nutritious options. When people address me as 'Chef,' I have to pinch myself because it feels like a dream come true. | |
