My name is Gabriel, and I begat (get it?) this project before covid and before my nuptials to my lovely wife Kimberley. My goal was triune. I wanted to create a brand new and compelling visual to an old treasure, the Holy Scriptures. From the vibrant depictions of Abraham and Jacob (in Isaiah 41) to the yoke of bondage described in Jeremiah, each voxel art was methodically designed and rendered, and even has a retro melody to accompany the verse.! Lastly, I really wanted to use a retro console emulator to harmonize the old treasure of scripture with the old gaming console of Sega Genesis as a means of spreading the gospel. This over 3-year project was tedious and detailed, but well worth the effort, so I really hope you consider contributing to the cause, and that you are able to access and enjoy the fun reward tiers being offered!
