Join our team as a Special Education Teacher where you will: Teach and create individualized lesson plans for student groups. Collaborate with parents and support staff to monitor and enhance student progress. Adapt learning materials and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Track and reflect on students' progress, implementing interventions when necessary. Prepare students for grade transitions and provide coaching to professionals working with children with disabilities. Collaborate with support staff on program-related duties. Requirements: Valid California Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe Education Specialist License. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Special Education Teacher. Master’s degree preferred.
