I have many friends on Strava and various groups socially running out life . I enjoy many different activities. I do most at home anymore and enjoy time with my loved ones. The best times are at our local park sometimes. I still love watching sports too . I had a very special person in the hospital last year and we are taking good care of ourselves. I was in very hot weather.that spikes from no where in the south . I am doing good though. I want all runners to drink water , stay out of extreme temperatures and wear sunscreen. Get in the shade , wear comfy shoes and light clothing. Follow the American Red Cross for more great information.
