Production Process of Elastic Webbing
Elastic webbing is made by selecting yarn, warping it, weaving or knitting it, and then inserting the elastic. Cotton, nylon, or polyester yarns are interlaced with premium spandex or rubber threads. Jacquard for unique designs or a needle loom can be used for the weaving procedure. Self-Tensioned Knit (STK) interlining is incorporated for enhanced functionality, improving stability and stretch recovery. Webbing is heat-set, dyed, and finished after weaving to guarantee colorfastness and longevity. In order to ensure performance across fashion, automotive, furniture, and medical applications, quality checks are carried out at every stage to match industry requirements.
