The price rose from Rs.279/kg on May 21 to Rs.281/kg on May 22. The recent price hike is attributed to rising raw material costs, constrained supply chains, and consistent demand from tyre manufacturers and industrial rubber producers. We will likely have to increase the prices of our finished goods to maintain margins," said a Mumbai-based manufacturer.
