Delhi, July 2, 2025 – The price of Polycarbonate (PC) Grade 2407 has witnessed a significant decline in the Delhi market, dropping by ₹7 per kilogram within a day. As per market data, the material was trading at Rs.215/kg on July 1, but fell to Rs.208/kg on July 2. Industry sources report that the drop is primarily driven by subdued demand from processors and increased supply pressure from traders eager to offload existing inventory. Buyers are reportedly adopting a wait-and-watch strategy, anticipating further price corrections. “There’s visible caution in the market. Orders have slowed down, especially from smaller moulders and appliance manufacturers,” said a Delhi-based distributor.
