Calling companies to promote manpower services and explain service offerings and associated charges. Requirements: 1. Previous experience in recruitment or sales preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and remotely. 4. Strong negotiation skills. 5. Familiarity with recruitment software and databases. 6.
