To initiate a payment, you will need our company's bank account details, which are always listed in your client area under "Billing" or "Payment Methods." The key information includes:

• Account Name: YourHostingProvider Inc.
• Bank Name & Address: For domestic and international routing.
• Account Number / IBAN: The unique identifier for our account.
• SWIFT/BIC Code: Crucial for international transfers.

Most importantly, you must include your unique invoice or client number in the transfer reference/memo field. Without this, we cannot automatically match your payment to your account, which will cause significant delays in activating your service.

Processing times vary: domestic transfers often clear within 1 business day, while international wires can take 3-5 business days. Your service will be activated or extended only after the funds are received and identified in our bank account. Always keep a copy of your bank transfer confirmation for your records.
